Blood Borne Pathogens Self Learning Module to be completed by all Volunteers (all paid staff are UTD) by February 29th, 2008 (yes it’s a leap year)! The learning module and self exam is located in the beige box on the table next to the photo copier in the meeting room. Complete the exam, sign the attendance form and place the completed exam in either the run sheet box or mailbox #60 by the above date. If you complete the blood borne pathogens training at your employment, submit your training record for credit. Those who have not completed this module by February 29th, 2008 will be taken off-line until completed. Make-ups DO NOT get training credit!
